I’ve been awake at five am every day this week. I do what I love and I love what I do. Things like appearances and readings and stuff, they pale into insignificance when it comes to the pure excitement enjoyment and internal celebration that is simply writing.

I cleared out the week entirely of meetings and have given  myself fully to this project. The News Story that we are running with  is The Queens Speech. She delivers it today. Media folks get a heads up on some of the things she is about to say – not on the actual speech. 

So I am writing The Queens Speech. I am writing it as if it were from the back of her mind. And it is working. I am writing the response of Three of her “subjects” – A Rabbi, a muslim woman and a child in Care. In reverse order.  The real Queens Speech  was delivered from parliament today.  This is going to work.
