For young people who are in or from care a free creative holiday at Arvon in Devon. TEN PLACES LEFT. Read on then please share this post.
If you are between the ages of 16 and 24 a careleaver or a young person in care then this great opportunity could be for you. Siblings together are partnering with the Arvon Foundation, an established creative writing centre in devon, to run a one week free residential creative writing course for young people in care and care-leavers age 16-24. There are still ten places left!!!!! You do not have to be a writer. All you need to do is write a few paragraphs on why you would like to go on the course. Transport can’t be provided but if you have a problem with travel they may be able to help. If you want to know how good Arvon is – they have five houses around britain – just type the words Arvon into the search engine on my blog. This is a wonderful opportunity if all you want to do is to get away from it all and engage in some creative activity with excellent tutors and log fires. There are only ten places left and they are going fast. You can ask me questions in the comments here and I’ll give you as much help as possible. For more information please contact Siblings Together (now) at delma@siblingstogether.co.uk or mimmi@siblingstogether.co.uk.
